At von Poll Immobilien, we use the automatic CSV export for our phone system and to maintain our newsletter system. The automatic CSV export helps us reconcile our newsletter blacklist. We export all contacts with the ‘Newsletter’ field. If a customer subscribes or unsubscribes from the newsletter, we can query this information with the export and transfer it to our external newsletter system. This ensures that the correct contacts receive a newsletter with minimal effort. We have a telephone center for all of Germany, yet we can always greet customers by name and correctly assign them, which positively impacts customer satisfaction. This is of particular importance to us.
