We use contact categories for projects where companies are involved with entire departments. We can immediately see who is responsible at which level and have all activities across the board in chronological order. The biggest benefit in daily operations, however, is with owner communities. We can trace the process at any time, even if the contact person changes. When it comes to legal questions, we don’t have to laboriously search through individual data sets for activities. It’s really practical and makes our work easier.
