1. Information about the collection of personal data
We provide the online application onOffice enterprise in accordance with the concluded contract and our terms and conditions. Below, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using onOffice enterprise. Personal data includes all data that can be related to you personally, such as name, address, email addresses, and user behavior.

The data controller, unless otherwise specified for processing on behalf, is onOffice GmbH, Charlottenburger Allee 5, 52068 Aachen. 2. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding the personal data concerning you:
- Right to access by the data subject (Article 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Articles 16 and 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
If we process your personal data based on a legitimate interest as part of a balancing of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing is for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time. For processing for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons arising from your particular situation. Upon exercising your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. This does not apply to processing for direct marketing purposes, in which case we will cease processing your personal data for this purpose.
3. Collection of personal data when using onOffice enterprise
3.1 Processing of personal data on behalf
We process personal data in onOffice enterprise as described in the offer, the data processing agreement, and the annexes to the data processing agreement. The legal basis is a legitimate interest according to Article 6(f) GDPR to provide our customers with onOffice enterprise.
3.2 Transmission of data to processors
To operate onOffice enterprise and provide additional functions, we transfer data to the companies listed in Annex 2 of the data processing agreement.
3.3 Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
These data are not merged with other data sources. The log files are deleted after 14 days. The collection of this data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest pursued is to ensure the network and information security of the online services provided.
3.4 Processing Your Data for Support Requests
If you send us a support request, your data will be processed as described in our privacy policy at Privacy policy, section 5.
4. Cookies
When using onOffice enterprise, cookies are stored on your device. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your device’s memory and associated with the online application you are using. Cookies allow the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, onOffice GmbH) to receive certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your mobile device. They serve to make onOffice enterprise more secure, user-friendly, and effective overall.
onOffice enterprise uses transient cookies. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you log out of onOffice enterprise. These include session cookies, which store a session ID that allows various requests from your device to be assigned to the same session. This enables your device to be recognized when you use onOffice enterprise again. Session cookies are deleted when you log out.
Transient cookies are set to store a user’s login status and are therefore necessary for using onOffice enterprise.
