Responsibilities of IT Technical Support
Our specialists are the point of contact for all technical questions related to domains, email communication and security – ensuring stable and reliable systems for our clients.
- Management of domains: registration, transfer, DNS records, DKIM, DMARC, SPF.
- Technical analysis and resolution of enquiries in second-level support.
- Coordination with providers and internal specialist departments.
- Setup and maintenance of email solutions, including spam prevention with Hornetsecurity.
- Documentation in the ticket system and coordination of open topics.
