The phone-module connects onOffice enterprise with various telephone systems using CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). The advantage: no interruptions during phone calls. With just one click, you can automatically make a call. The cumbersome process of searching for the caller and manually recording telephone activities is a thing of the past.

The phone module uses the PhoneSuite CTI Client to access your phone system. Depending on the system, you may need an additional license for a PhoneSuite CTI Server, which could incur extra costs.
